The Island boast every thing its bigger neighbours have, lovely pristine beaches, volcanoes blanketed by rainforest, great tropical resorts, villas, and retreats and scrumptious Island dining

We will be touring the Island of St Lucia and discover its unique culinary repertorie, The Island of St Lucia has culinary influences from the French, Spanish and the English. You will enjoy dishes such as Callaloo Soup, Curried Coconut Chicken, Green papaya au gratin and Banana Rum Cake

In St Lucia you will enjoy luxurious, exotic accommodations, at the Fond Doux estate villa located on a working organic cocoa plantation, boasting its own coca to chocolate operation. Day One

Pick- up at the airport and transfer to villa , arrive at villa and enjoy a grand a grand welcome with Island cocktails and dinner prepared by Chef Freda and her assistants

Day Two

Morning tour of the local farmers and craft market. Followed by lunch at a local restaurants afternoon hands-on cooking class with chef Freda using ingredients we bought at the market. Evening four course dinner of the groups creation with live steel band music

Day Three

Morning Tour of the local walk in volcano enjoy an afternoon beach picnic while relaxing on the near by beach. Followed by spa treatments at Mama La Terre Spa. Demonstration cooking class with a local reataurant chef at the villa. Buffet dinner and game night expect to win some cool prizes.

Day Four

Morning session with our motivational guest speaker and cancer survivor Ms Colleen Michelle James  , afternoon excursions of the city town Castries, free time for shopping, stock up on duty free shopping for  local rum, perfumes, leather goods, jewelry,Back at the villa enjoy a fantastic farewell lobster lunch.
